Camp Sylvester offers great lodging and programming options including group accommodations, sports areas, amphitheater, picnic areas, dining facilities, and easy access to Pinecrest Lake and Dodge Ridge Ski Resort for year round adventure. All rental areas are provided for exclusive use. Camp Sylvester succeeds and providing a safe and custom experience for all participants. Priority return reservations make annual event reservations easy and stress-free.
Venue Rental Rates:
$40
per person, per night
Standard Rate: Overnight group accommodations $40 per person, per night.*
All rentals are for the exclusive private use of facilities rented including sleeping cabins, dining/recreation hall and equipped commercial kitchen.
(2)-Night minimum.
Capacity available from (15) to (195) total overnight guests.
A year-round destination; summer and winter local attractions available, a quick 15-minute walk from the lake beachfront, just 2-miles from Dodge Ridge ski resort.
Dance/DJ equipment included with rental for groups of (45-195) overnight guests.
Catering and vendor service recommendations available, but not required for use; commercial kitchen(s) available with all reservations.
General Check-In Time 3:00 PM.
General Check-Out Time 1:00 PM.
*Lodging rate $12.50, plus $1.50 Tuolumne County Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT); facility rate $26.00 per person, per night. Total group accommodation rate is $40 combined.

Rental includes exclusive use access of Chance Hall, Deboer Hall, Zone (A) restroom building, amphitheater, picnic and campfire area, sports areas, and applicable rental sleeping cabins.
Access to Thiemann Lodge Cabin upon request, pending availability
