Group $500 Credit Offer Eligibility

• New (or Referred) Group Eligibility:

  • Group to be part of an existing organization (unfortunately, family reunions and weddings not eligible).

  • A new group to Camp Sylvester; or a returning group that most recently held an event at Camp Sylvester prior to December 31, 2021.

  • A group event that includes (45-195) total overnight guests for a minimum (2) nights.

  • Group reservation booking must be made by May 31, 2026; event must take place prior to May 27, 2027.

  • Credit applied after new group has completed their stay and all balanced due are paid in full.

• Referral Group Eligibility:

  • If eligible group was referred to Camp Sylvester by another Camp Sylvester event with an upcoming reservation, include the referral group’s name on the reservation request form so they can also get a $500 event credit.

  • Credit applied to referral group, after the new referred group has completed their stay and all balanced due are paid in full.

  • Referred group event reservation must take place prior to May 27, 2027.
